ON-CALL AIRPORT PLANNING SERVICES (RFP NO. 2025-033)
JOHNSON COUNTY (KS) AIRPORT COMMISSION
The Johnson County (KS) Airport Commission is seeking proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide airport engineering services (2025-026) and airport planning consulting services (2025-033) for the New Century AirCenter (IXD) and Executive Airport (OJC) on an as-determined basis up to the next five (5) years. It is anticipated that the awarded firms will assist on projects involving all funding sources (local, state, and federal).

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the above time via Zoom Video Conferencing to offer an overview of the solicitation process and discuss general information related to the County’s airports and the requested scope of services:

Proposals shall be submitted via IonWave (https://jocogov.ionwave.net) until 2:00PM CT, August 14, 2025, for RFP No. 2025-033 and 2:00PM CT, August 19, 2025, for RFP No. 2025-026.
