Lincoln County Ambulance District is soliciting proposals from General Contractors for the construction of a new single story, approximately 7,900 square feet, fully sprinklered, three bay, six bed Ambulance Base, located at 1959 E. Highway 47, Lincoln County, MO 63389.

Copies of plans and specifications can be seen, or purchased for a Non-Refundable fee, on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com. Information regarding this project can be found in the “Public Jobs” link on the website.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Gates Studio Architecture and Design, by email, to info@gatesstudio.com, no later than 4pm on Thursday January 8, 2026. Clarifications to submitted questions will be posted to the Drexel online plan room by Wednesday January 14, 2026.

Proposals will be accepted until the above time. Bidders are required to submit their proposal in accordance with the solicitation requirements.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Lincoln County Ambulance District Board of Directors on Wednesday January 21, 2026, during their regularly scheduled Board Meeting at 6:30pm.

The Lincoln County Ambulance District reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a bid and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason.
