Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until the above time, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:

Concrete Pavement (7” Uniform)(AE)(NRDJ)(Type I Curb) 8,220 SY
Aggregate Base Course (AB-3)(6”) 10,210 SY
Excavation (Unclassified) 14,491 CY
Embankment (95%) 8,582 CY
Compaction of Earthwork (Type B)(MR 90) 478 CY
Storm Sewer (15”)(RCP) 247 LF
Storm Sewer (18”)(RCP) 194 LF
Storm Sewer (24”)(RCP) 123 LF
Detention Riser (Concrete) 3 EA
TIME LIMIT: 120 Working Days for Substantial Completion
20 Working Days after Substantial Completion for Final Completion
Early Start Date – March 2, 2026
Late Start Date – June 30, 2026
