Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until the above time, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:

Stadel & Johnson Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements

City Project Nos.

SS2112 (Parts A and B)

SS2504 (Part C)

The project will include but not limited to the following major categories of work:

8" Sanitary Sewer Pipe 385 LF

TIME LIMIT: Construction shall commence on or before March 1, 2026, but shall not commence prior to December 1, 2025. Substantial Completion of this project shall be accomplished 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed date. Final Completion of this project shall be accomplished 120 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed or May 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
