Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Public Works Building located at 103 East Water Street, Excelsior Springs, Missouri, 64024, until the above time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Base Bids:

Tear off and installation of new TPO roof on the existing treatment building at the water treatment plant located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

Alternate Bid No. A:

Tear off and installation of new shingle roof on the existing Sodium Hypochlorite Storage Building at the water treatment plant located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

Alternate Bid No. B:

Tear off and installation of new shingle roof on the existing pump building at the N HWY Tank located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
