The City of Harrisonville, Missouri, invites interested firms to submit technical qualifications for services as described herein. Five (5) copies, or one (1) copy and a digital copy of the submission must be received by the City Engineer, 300 East Pearl, P.O. SUMMARY OF REQUEST
Project Description
The City of Harrisonville is seeking responses from experienced and qualified Consultants to provide engineering services for approximately 38,000 LF of a new 16” raw water transmission main from Lake Harrisonville to the Water Treatment Plant; and a new a new raw water pump station located at Lake Harrisonville. The alignment of the new raw water transmission main and the new raw water pump station improvement would include, but not limited to, the work in the attach exhibits. The permanent easement may be a minimum of thirty (30) feet in width except for the ROW’s. The work shall consist of the evaluation of alignment layouts, survey and engineering design, easement documentation and the preparation of cost estimates in accordance with the City of Harrisonville standards. Refer to attached exhibits.
SCHEDULE
Although this is a qualification only submittal, there is the urgency to complete the above requested engineering design work by December 1, 2026; and start construction in the spring of 2027. The Consultant shall address their willingness and ability to complete work within a limited timeframe.

The City of Harrisonville is soliciting professional services in accordance with this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The following general guidelines are provided for your use and information.
