Description of Project: Reconstruction of Seneca Street from Ford Street to Fifth Street. This includes a three-lane concrete road section with a median, incidental storm sewer improvements, bridge reconstruction, minor waterline reconstruction, a roundabout at the Tanner Trail and Seneca intersection, pavement marking and signing, and grading.
