Neosho County Community College will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for the Mih Family Fine Arts Center project.

Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis.

Bids will be received until 2:00 pm local time on August 4, 2025 at Neosho County Community College; 800 West 14th Street; Chanute KS 66720.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Neosho County Community College; 800 West 14th Street; Chanute KS 66720.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Neosho County Community College Sanders Hall; 800 West 14th Street; Chanute KS 66720; at 2:00 pm local time on July 17, 2025. All general contractors bidding are required to attend.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check, certified or issued by a state or national bank in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid payable to Neosho County Community College, or in lieu thereof, the Bidder may furnish a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. Such bond shall be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Kansas, and made payable to Neosho County Community College as a guarantee that such Bidder will enter into a Contract with the Owner for the Work described in the Bid and furnish bond as specified.

All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
