Sealed bids will be received at Lan-Del Water District, 601 Holiday Plaza, Lansing, Kansas until the above time at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

The work under this contract is entitled:

2025 Water Main Replacements – Install 12” PVC Water Mains

This work includes the following:

Lan-Del Water District has approved the construction of approximately 344 L.F. of new 12” PVC water main in W. Kansas Avenue, Main Street to Centre Drive and 2,433 L.F. of new 12” PVC water main in 4-H Road, Wyndham Hill Subdivision to 147th Street. The purpose is to replace 12” ductile iron water mains in deteriorated condition.

Plans and specifications may be obtained through Drexel Technologies online plan room. Only contractors who have obtained plans and specifications from Drexel Technologies, and are listed on the Drexel Technologies plan holders list, will be eligible to bid.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid openings. All bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the OWNER for any damage or claim brought by any bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the OWNER because of such rejections, and the filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions.

All material, work, and equipment shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications.
