Kelso C-7 School District - Parking Lot Upgrade Project - Benton, MO

Kelso School District hereby solicits written, sealed bids to be received (and subsequently publicly opened) for construction of a new Parking lot Addition Project no later than the above time, at the School Building, 820 State Highway A, New Hamburg, MO 63736.

Bidding documents will be available on July 7, 2025 at Cape BluePrint and Drexel Technologies On-line Plan room. Call McKinstry office at 314.486.5796 for access to the bidding documents.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for the above time at the project site.

The School District reserves the right to reject all bids for any reason; to accept any bid which it deems to be in its best interest; and to reject all bids and solicit new bids. The School District also reserves the right to waive any technicalities and negotiate any particulars within any bid.

Bidders must provide, with the bid, a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum.

The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and to comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law.
